At all times, My Free Lottery Pool (Jackpot Ventures), and in all free pools, reserves one pool position. For winnings less than the pre-designated minimum winning payout, Jackpot Ventures will retain up to 50% of all winnings. Generally, we will use the remaining winnings to purchase tickets for the next Free Pool.

All net winnings over the pre-designated minimum payout will be equally distributed among the final pool members, sponsors, charitable organizations and Jackpot Ventures as described above.
