Lottery Pool Rules
Important: Sorry, only one membership per adult.
All participants in any winning pool will be required to show proof of name, age and address as represented in their membership profile (passport, driver�s license, or ID). Please edit your profile address in the event that you change addresses.
Any member having more than one membership, or who is under the age of 18, will be automatically disqualified from any winnings and future membership.
All members must agree to abide by their own local, State and Federal laws, or the laws of their respective country. My Free Lottery Pool is void where prohibited by law.
Each registered member may play any Free Lottery Pool that is currently OPEN.
Each time the member plays a Free Lottery Pool, he/she will automatically receive 1 Lucky Reward Point. Members may accumulate as many Lucky Reward Points to be redeemed at any time.
Members may redeem 7 Lucky Reward Points for an additional entry into any “open pool”, or for special promotional gift programs.
Members may track their total Lucky Reward Points at sign in.
There will only be a limited number of randomly chosen Final Pool Members in each Free Lottery Pool. Check the Pool Details located on the pool bar for the pre-designated number. These members will share equally in any resulting winnings over the pre-designated minimum winnings payout. The Lucky Final Pool Members will be determined by a random algorithm program and their usernames will be posted to the website once the pool closes. The minimum winnings payout is pre-determined and based upon the Jackpot amount and the number of pre-designated final pool members.
My Free Lottery Pool permanently retains One Final Member Position for itself in all Free Lottery Pools and will participate equally with other Final Members in the Free Pools.
In addition, My Free Lottery Pool reserves the right to designate up to 5 Predetermined Final Positions prior to the Official Drawing for designated Non-Profit Charitable Organizations and Disaster Relief Funds, or other entities as My Free Lottery Pool designates.
My Free Lottery Pool retains One Permanent position in all Free Lottery Pools and will participate equally with other Final Members in the Free Pool/s. In addition, My Free Lottery Pool reserves the right to designate up to 3 positions prior to the Official Drawing for various Non-Profit Charities or other entities as My Free Lottery Pool decides.
Any winnings of less than the minimum winnings payout will be reinvested into the next free lottery pool (less up to 50% to cover My Free Lottery Pool administration overhead)
All tickets will be posted to the website up to the Official Drawing. The Pool automatically closes once all ticket numbers have been posted.
All winnings over the pre-designated minimum winnings payout will be distributed evenly among the randomly selected Final Members by either the Lottery Commission or licensed Certified Public Accounting firm. All winning participants will be required to show Proof of name, age and address and must match the members profile.
MFLP retains the right to modify these rules at anytime prior to any official drawing.
Ticket numbers will be intermittently posted in the Ticket Room prior to the official drawing. You can review the number of tickets in the Pool at any time by watching the Ticket Counter for each separate pool. Or, you may sign up for Ticket Counter email alerts and be notified automatically the current number of tickets in any pool.
Important: The number of tickets purchased can vary from pool to pool, and week to week. The Pool Can Close At Any Time. All Pools close and the Lucky Final Members will be randomly selected once all tickets have been counted and posted to the website in the Ticket & Pool room.
